fff he's supposed to be all surprised and his hair, tail, and foot is supposed to move. Yes don't point out the obvious flaws cause i know what i see but if you would like to critique please do xD...
Everything looks fantastic, with the exception of that leg. The moving hind leg.
It looks as if the middle part of it is stretching out, when the part of the leg above it should be moving with it. Just a bit, though. Everything else looks great, though. I think another thing that bothers me is that muzzle. It's oddly shaped, in conparison to an actual canine's snout. But um, yeah. Also! Using more frames makes animation smoother, so I would suggest drawing some in-between frames to make it look good, not that it doesn't already.
Here have some tips from a loser like me: For blink cycles, make sure you follow this rule. 1. Open eye 2. Semi open eye 3. Close 2. Semi open It completes the cycle. The more frames, the smoother the animation. Photoscape is the best animating program, in my opinion. It's free~
